Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your GiftSmart account and associated personal data from the GiftSmart admin area.

How to Request Deletion

1. Sign in to GiftSmart.
2. Open the admin or account settings area.
3. Choose the account deletion option and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymise your account profile and personal account data, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational retention requirements.

Gift Lists and Shared Content

Some list content may have been shared with other invited users. Where deletion would affect another user's legitimate list history, we may anonymise your contribution rather than remove the entire shared list.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or security checks.
