You retain ownership of the content you create, including:

• gift lists
• occasions
• notes
• images
• links
• descriptions

You grant GiftSmart a limited licence to store, process and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Shared Lists

GiftSmart allows you to invite others to participate in shared gift lists.

By sharing a list you acknowledge that invited participants may:

• view information you choose to share
• reserve gifts
• contribute towards gifts (where supported)
• receive notifications relating to the shared list

You are responsible for deciding who you invite.

7. Surprise Reservations

GiftSmart includes features designed to keep gift purchases private until the appropriate reveal date.

While we take reasonable steps to protect this information, we cannot guarantee that users will not intentionally disclose surprises outside the platform.

8. Third-Party Retailers

GiftSmart may contain links to third-party retailers and websites.

GiftSmart:

• does not sell products directly
• is not responsible for retailer pricing
• does not guarantee product availability
• is not responsible for purchases made on third-party websites

Any purchases are made directly with the retailer.

9. Affiliate Links

Some retailer links may include affiliate tracking.

If you purchase through these links, GiftSmart may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence the gifts that users choose to save or share.

10. User Content

You must not upload content that:

• infringes intellectual property rights
