Gift Lists and Purchases

GiftSmart helps people coordinate gift ideas and purchase intentions. GiftSmart is not the seller of third-party products linked in the app and is not responsible for retailer stock, prices, delivery, returns, warranties, or product descriptions.

Product Links and Affiliate Links

GiftSmart may process product links to display product information, images, prices, availability, alternatives, or affiliate links. Product information may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the retailer before buying.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse GiftSmart, attempt to access other users' private information, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or abuse.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but GiftSmart may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. We are not responsible for losses caused by temporary unavailability or third-party provider issues.
